    I love this place.

I love this place. I have two dogs and have lived in multiple areas of Greensboro throughout their lives. I have tried a few different vets while in those areas, but Bel-Aire is the best. I now drive 20-25 minutes just to see Dr. Packard. My older dog just had a second surgery from her and like the first, he is doing amazing two days later. The staff is so great and accommodating, and during appointments I never ever have to wait for more than 5 minutes to be seen. If I did, I wouldn't mind it because I like talking with the staff so much. I call to ask them questions all the time and they are always polite and responsive. They are wonderful, and I'm so glad I found them!!

    Dr.

Dr. Packard and Staff are like family. They put the needs of our pet first and always have the deepest respect for our four legged baby. There is no other vet in town that can touch them when it comes to service, compassion, knowledge, and a place our dog is so excited to come to because she knows that is where she will get some extra special attention.

    Bel-Aire Veterinary is wonderful!

Bel-Aire Veterinary is wonderful! I trust them completely. The Drs. and staff are all kind, intelligent, and pleasant. I've been a customer almost 20 years. I moved to a new job and 4 people here go to Dr. Packard. Daisy, Birman, Flannel, Cleo, Helen, Homer and Lovey have all gotten the best care possible with Bel-Aire.

I am sad to give this Veterinary hospital but a 2 star rating, as there was a time 5 years ago when they cared for our very ill dog and made his final months comfortable ones. However, as the Oak Ridge and Greensboro populations grew, so did Bel Aire. It seems that they care less for the animals and their owners now. The receptionist and vets all seem more rushed and disinterested. We recently brought our puppy there with an animal bite and they asked to keep him there for the day so he could be looked at and treated. So, we left him in their hands. Hours passed and we had not heard from them, so we called for an update. Our puppy had not even been looked at by a vet tech, yet...let alone a vet him/herself. We worried the bite was infected, and that each hour was causing more problems. We expressed this fear to the receptionist who was short with us. We allowed our dog to be treated for his bite, and have since move to a new vet. 5 years ago, I would have recommended Bel Aire to everyone.... but not now. They are now too big a practice for their own good...and definetly too big for the good of your animal. Go elsewhere.
