awful customer service

Where to start? Well, I brought my weed eater in to get serviced and dealt with a cashier lady(which was the first problem). Her customer service skills need some fine tuning. After answering phone calls during our transaction of checking in my weed eater. I advised her to call me with any repairs that need to be done as this was simply a tune up. 1 week later, I call back and unfortunatly got her again. I did tell her that I have not had a phone call from them regarding my equipment. She said she needs to get the repair man to call me as he was out. I waited 2 more days and called back as a phone call was not received on my end. Guess what? I got her again. She simply said "HOLD" and put me to a parts guy who is not doing the repair, just simply in charge of parts. He advised me they are 2 weeks behind and no one has looked at my weed eater and will not for another 5 days or so, hopefully. Long story I know, but I would not recommend them for repairs. It is mowing season and I have no weedeater because I took it to get a tune up. I did pay $25 when I dropped it off.
