2 50 Cleaners

I am irate at this business, which today charged 20% additional--without mentioning it to me--for "not buttoning up the shirts from neck to bottom" when I brought them in. I've never had that charge before--never heard of any cleaners charging for unbuttoned shirts--, although the clerk said this establishment has always done it. The charge indicated on the pickup slip was one price. The amount charged at pick up was 20% more. It was not until I questioned the discrepancy that I was informed of the additional charge. Even then, the additional amount per shirt indicated by the clerk when added to the first price indicated, did not total the amount charged. I have used this cleaners for several years, but needless to say, they've lost my business.
