I went to the Animal Emergency and Trauma Center with my dog Sashi. She got out of the yard and was hit by a car. Dr. Clark and the staff at the Animal Emergency and Trauma Center immediately took care of Sashi and let me know that her health was their priority. I felt very comfortable with the care and could tell that they really knew what they were doing. Sashi needed advanced surgery to repair her wounds and was able to stay there and get her care. She was transferred to a surgery specialist right in their facility. It was great that I did not have to move her anywhere else to get the specialized surgery that she needed to get better. No where else has that capability. I would recommend this facility to everyone who needs help for the furry members of their family!

I love this place. I have two dogs and have lived in multiple areas of Greensboro throughout their lives. I have tried a few different vets while in those areas, but Bel-Aire is the best. I now drive 20-25 minutes just to see Dr. Packard. My older dog just had a second surgery from her and like the first, he is doing amazing two days later. The staff is so great and accommodating, and during appointments I never ever have to wait for more than 5 minutes to be seen. If I did, I wouldn't mind it because I like talking with the staff so much. I call to ask them questions all the time and they are always polite and responsive. They are wonderful, and I'm so glad I found them!!
Dr. Packard and the staff at Bel Aire Vet are the friendliest and most genuine people. We have gone to several vets in the High Point and Greensboro areas and Bel Aire Vet is by far the best! We found out our golden retriever had bone cancer in Feb 2013. In July 2013 we had to put him down. Dr. Packard and her staff were so empathetic and went above and beyond to honor Simon and our feelings during such a sad time. We would highly recommend Bel Aire Vet to anyone in the Triad area! :)
