Never in my life have i seen an entire staff pull together to help me out like they did at Terry Labonte Chevrolet. Me and my wife were in a difficult situation when our second car broke down by the side of the road late one night. Since our jobs our an hour apart from each other, it would make it impossible to operate on just one vehicle. With finances being very tight already, we began to look for a vehicle. I was not really expecting to be able to afford any vehicle with perhaps the exception of another car that would strand me by the roadside again. Being relatively new to the area, I had no prior dealings with any dealerships. So I picked three dealerships out of the phonebook and gave them each a call and explained my situation. Of the three; one would not deal with me at all, and the second told me about a car that i might be able to afford, and then tried to upsell me when i arrived, to the point that they wouldn't even answer questions about the first car that they told me about. When I called Terry Labonte Chevrolet on Bridford Pkwy and explained the situation, the person that took my call said "No problem, just come on in and we can figure something out". And to my surprise they actually did! I was met in the lot by Jeff who, after hearing my situation, found a vehicle almost immediately that fit both my budget and my needs. Not only did he find me a vehicle right away but also went to bat for me trying several different ways to make the car affordable for me. In fact it seemed the entire staff went to bat for me. Every person that I talked to was able to show me what they had accomplished in making this possible for me. While it did take some time to accomplish the difficult task that I had laid before them, it took no effort from me. Very different from my last experience purchasing a vehicle. I left confident that I had received an excellent deal on a great vehicle (much better than I had ever hoped for). There is no question that when I buy my next vehicle, I will go straight to Jeff and the rest of the amazing staff at Terry Labonte Chevrolet. (Even if he is a Red Sox fan)
I came in early Monday morning after an accident the previous Friday afternoon. I wanted my trusted mechanic, Chuck Thompson, to assess the damage I had sustained with my 2014 Subaru Forester prior to delivering it to the body shop for repair. Although I did not have an appointment, Jennifer let me have a few minutes with Chuck at 8:00 a.m. He took the time to carefully look over the damage and listed several things I should be aware of. He also asked which body shop I intended to use, and when I told him, he said they do good work, and I should be pleased with the outcome. I can't say enough nice things about Foreign Accents.
I have been coming to Foreign Accents for just about the life of my car (going on 20). I have always been treated with respect and a smile. It does cost more to have a foreign car worked on, but Foreign Accents does not charge as much as other auto-repair shops in Greensboro and they do not make me put a sign with their name on it to get service that they would give anyway. I have been helped so much over the years. It is, I think, a 38 yr. old "Family-owned Business and make all their customers feel like part of that "family". I would never recommend anyone else. Their new showroom is beautiful and always so clean.
No foreign vehicle this trip but my good ol' Ford F-150 was running rough on a couple of occasions and each time I stopped in they were very helpful in making suggestions to avoid any unnecessary costly repairs. Each time the tips proved correct and I was able to solve the problem on my own. But as machines often do it did reach a point where the ideas ran out and service was needed. It was diagnosed properly, repaired to my satisfaction and all while I waited after being dropped off for breakfast at a nearby restaurant. Foreign Accents is my choice for my Ford, Chevrolet and Volvo!
Initially, I took my car (a 2005 Jaguar Stype) in and they were unable to tell me why my low coolant light was on, because it was a little low on coolant and the light would not go on for them. They did not charge me for that visit. When the light went back on and it was low again in 2 weeks, they checked it out thoroughly and fixed three small leaks for a small diagnostic charge and the parts and labor for the repairs needed. I thank them for that. They could have charged for the first visit as well and did not. The car is driving fine now.
We just purchased a new 5th wheel from Terry Labonate Chevrolet and RV...we can't say enough kind words for the way we were treated. This was truly one of the best experiments we've ever had when making a purchase on a RV. We thank the staff and our hats are especially off to Keith for the great service he provided for us, they were willing to stay a little later in the evening so that we could get our truck in to be fitted for a hitch....once again, we give this team a HIGH FIVE!!! I recently purchased a 2011 Mustang GT from Green Ford. I LOVE MY CAR and I had the best experience from green ford. I had visited many other dealerships in the area looking for a new car and I felt that they did not treat me seriously since I am young. All of the employees I dealt treated me fairly and with respect. I met a few employees in the service department as well and they were all very polite and professional. I would highly recommend this dealership to everybody!!!

My friend was driving through Greensboro and her Volvo began leaking a lot of oil. We found Webster's on YP.com and called to explain the problem. They were very busy but understood our situation. We hobbled the car over. They stopped what they were doing and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately we had to wait a day for the part, but my friend was back on the road the next day. And their charge for the repair was more than reasonable. Thanks Websters Imports!
I can't say enough kind words for the way Terry Labonte Chevrolet treats their customers . This was truly one of the best experiments you will ever have when making a purchase on a truckor car. We thank Eric Charaba especially for the great job he has done since he's been with the Dealership.
