        Update from earlier review.
        Lackluster service. Greasy greasy greasy.
        My earlier experience must have been a fluke. Either that, or the owner was present.

        "Unusual" staff sitting on counters where food is prepared. Not very concerned with doing a good job. I'd expect this type of behavior in a high crime area, but not Greencastle.

        Terrible customer service. Asked for delivery, waited an hour, no one came. Though we'd had a detailed conversation where I made sure they knew I wanted delivery, the girl denied that I'd asked for it, no apology. She then made me come in and get my pizza after another 20 minutes because the ones I'd ordered had gone cold while waiting on the counter. When I finally got my pizza there was no apology, no acknowledgement and no discount. It was awful. The pizza was good, but not worth the awful customer service so I go to the less expensive pizza chains down the street instead.
