We have taken our grandson to both offices and been seen within a reasonable period - 20-30 minutes - which we were quite pleased with considering he was a new patient. 2:30 appt, arrived at 2:15, out by 3 pm

be prepared to spend hours in waiting rooms to spend just minutes with doctors.. I just dont understand why I am still in the waiting room at 3:15 when I came early for my 2:00 appointment.. this happens every time I come here.. please do yourself a favor and seek other retina specialists.

Although the wait to get a first appointment was a long one, my first visit was a good experience. The office staff was pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. The doctor was not rushed, listened intently, explained things thoroughly, and was very personable. As a self-pay patient, it's important that I feel like my doctor is plugged in. He was!
