        Animal Care Center of Green Valley is committed to providing the highest level of medical care for your pets in a way that honors and respects the human-animal bond. Longevity Animal Care Center has been in operation at our current location since March of 1995. Prior to building this state-of-the-art facility we were located in the Safeway shopping center just down the road. Commitment to the community All of the owners and our associate veterinarian live in either Green Valley or Sahuarita. Animal Care Center of Green Valley only makes charitable donations to causes that are local to Green Valley and Sahuarita or through fundraisers who are local to Green Valley and Sahuarita. We believe in and support our community and want our charitable dollars to stay local. Experience If you add of all of the veterinary experience of our doctors, you will come up with more than 76 (!) years of hands on experience as doctors. We have technicians who have been in the field for more than 20 years and we are happy to enjoy very little turnover in our staff. Full service If you come to us with a veterinary problem, we are here to fix the problem for you and your pet. We are able to perform a broad range of diagnostic tests and procedures in house as well as by using a nationally recognized reference laboratory for tests that must be sent out. Thoroughness You will find that we perform very thorough physical exams each and every time your animal is seen by one of our doctors. We LISTEN to your needs and tailor treatment plans to meet those needs. We utilize our highly trained Certified Veterinary Technicians in all procedures that require general anesthesia. You pet will be closely monitored before, during, and after each procedure to ensure the best surgical outcome. A customized surgical and pain management plan is formulated for each surgical patient and preanesthetic blood work is always part of that plan. Cal us!

        Overall

        We are wintering in the Green Valley area and we have a 16-year-old Boston Terrier with major health issues. We've been on the edge of no return numerous times, but our little guy won't give up so we won't either. After we arrived, he got very sick with vomiting and became dehydrated. I looked at reviews on line and read what Dr. Murray had to say on the website. I decided to give him a try. I'm really glad we went as Dr. Murray was _extremely_ thorough, caring, and explained everything in detail. We knew he cared about our pet and wanted to make him as comfortable as possible. We can't say enough good things about him and his staff. We took a chance, and we made the right choice. If you're looking for a professional, compassionate vet, Dr. Murray is your guy. We know where to go whenever we're in need with our pet and wouldn't hesitate to refer him to anyone. Thanks, Dr. Murray. You were a Blessing.

        A GAZILLIONS STARS AS FIVE STARS IS NOT ENOUGH! THANK GOD for this center! We have a family member that we suspected to have Cushing disease and our vet in Tucson did not do ultrasound. We connected with a facility in Tucson and left without services due to the poor services of the staff. I contacted GV animal care center because we had Dr. Murray as our vet when he was in Tucson. I called on Tuesday and to our delight they schedule us for the very next day! Dr. Jean was absolutely WONDERFUL! Our MOE (10yr lab mix dog) was VERY comfortable with her, and me well she explained EVERYTHING IN COMPLETE DETAIL GOOD AND BAD! She let me in the room while they preformed the ultrasound! The technicians that helped are absolutely the salt of the earth kind of folks! In a time when an animals parent is in panic mode, this center is absolutely the BEST! I will recommend it to any and everyone I know! Extremely clean, little wait time kuddos to the scheduling girls! and thank you so much for your compassion, and patience with a nervous mom! on a minor note, SOOOO much more economical than the other facility!!!!!! thanks guys! They really are in the correct field as you can tell they love the animals!
