Since one of the most vital parts of any structure is the foundation, the first major step in any building project is the pouring of the footings and foundation. Paul Conard Construction Co., Inc strives to meet the needs of our customers, by providing top quality concrete construction, the form of foundations and flatwork. Our company prides itself on recognizing the unique needs of our customers. We value each customer as Paul's parents did in 1958 when they founded the company as Ken Conard Construction. Throughout the years, Ken, Paul and his brothers along with many other dedicated employees have provided the craftsmanship for which the company is known. Ken Conard Construction was renamed Paul Conard Construction Co., Inc in 1998 as Ken & Marilyn entered retirement.
