Thank you Dear Humboldt Haus for making…

Thank you Dear Humboldt Haus for making our wedding day the most memorable day of our lives. I'll start by saying it was such a pleasure working with you. You were so helpful from the the very first meeting to the very end when the lights went out. Your staff went above and beyond for us and our guest (outstanding customer service to say the least). We received a ton of favorable comments from our guest about how nice our reception was. Being a former Banquet Hall owner, I would be proud to have all of you as my staff.

The food was out of this world. When we came to you and told you that we wanted to have an atypical reception, we couldn't have asked for more cooperative and suggestive personnel. We didn't want the traditional family style chicken dinner because we felt that our guest gave up their whole evening to spend it with us. We felt that it would be a good idea to serve a variety of foods that could be served at staggered times so that in the midst of socializing our guest could dine at their leisure.

All of our decorations were handled with such care, our centerpieces especially as they were made by someone very dear to us (of which you had no idea), our guest book and cake toppers were all so neatly placed in a safe spot for us until the end of the evening when we packed up our belongings.

Financially speaking, we felt that everything was reasonably priced with our best interest in mind relating back to the very helpful suggestions of you and your staff.

If I could do it all over again I wouldn't change one thing. Our wedding day will always be a fond memory because of your kindness.
