I had problems with a water heater and after making some calls was told they could send someone out. My first mistake was not asking how much a service call costs. I found out that they are one of, or maybe, most expensive in GB. Repairman came out and after 15 minutes of work he left and again another lesson. I found out should have asked if they prorate for a short service call. Repairman also did not give me the price but did say they don't see much of it. (Oh boy!) The repairman did fix the issue but he did crank the thermostat all the way up. So week later the water heater was dead. We did not call them back instead did better research and found a great company. I will say the work was done timely but be sure to ask questions to get costs up front to not get sticker shot.
