Brett Favre's Steakhouse

Paid $30 for salmon and a baked potato, my portion of salmonwas very small at that. I'm a Brett Farve fan, only reason why I came. This place is as good as Brett's last season of football, mediocre and over priced.

We've been to Brett Favre's Steakhouse several times. Overall the food was good as was the service. However, we do not consider the food a good value. We prefer other restaurants in the area.

When we walked in, we didn't understand the nearly empty parking lot because the atmosphere and decor were outstanding. Then things took a turn for the worse. The server was inattentive and unknowledgeable. The food we ordered was not prepared the way we ordered it. (Don't you think a "steakhouse" would know how to prepare a steak medium-rare?) My husband and I are good restaurant patrons; we are well-groomed and polite, we tip well and we rarely complain. We were so disappointed with this place, it was almost beyond our comprehension. After speaking to friends of ours, we found out that they also had had a bad experience. Too bad we didn't talk to them before being fleeced of our $120 tab for two. Want a good steak? Go to Texas Roadhouse.

The food here is very high quality, and the server was very attentive. I thought it was sort of weird that they brought out a meat tray to show you what type you were ordering, but other than that it was good. When you come here, be prepared to spend more than a place like Applebee's or somehting.
