Chef Chu's was my favorite Chinese restaurant before the one in Appleton closed down. The Mongolian Beef is my favorite dish and I would only order it from there. However, I recently ate at the Chef Chu's in Green Bay and ordered the Mongolian beef but something was missing. It seemed watered down with less flavor than what I remember. I think it is on par with a lot of the smaller Chinese's restaurant's that has the Beef & Broccoli on their menu. But the crab rangoon, Hunan Chicken, and Egg Drop Soup were very good.. I heard the chef from the old Chef Chu's in Appleton went to Bao Ju's in Neenah. It would seem that was the case because the Mongolian beef tastes great just like the old Chef Chu's in Appleton. If they weren't so far away, I would eat there frequently.

They are very good!! Fast delivery, good portions for the money and good food. I just wish they had a menu that could be accessed on line. Maybe someday. ???? :-)
Stopped for lunch after a morning of power shopping. Excellent quality of food. Servers were very nice. One of my new favorites.
