Brand Source TV and Appliance

just wanted to let you know that it must be nice to own a company that can afford to lose a $2000.00 sell. I was at your Greeley Colo store and the manager is so rude and does not care how the customer feels. He does not try to help a female customer that does not know for sure what she was needing. I was willing to pay to have the things done that I needed and was interested in purchasing possibly 2 single wall ovens. I would ask him questions and he seemed irritated that I was bothering him and that he had to look things up. The more I asked because things were not in stock the ruder he got. Another customer came in about 10 to 15 minutes after I did and instead of trying to help me get an order together he wanted to go help the other customer. I told him I had a meeting and would have to come back. He did not care about my time or that this was my second trip into the store. I finally told him that if he was too busy I would go else where. I would never buy from Brand So

I just bought a fridge from these guys and the installers are the best I have ever dealt with. Took extreme care moving the old one out and the new one in. Really happy with the service from Brand Source Greeley.

I own several rental properties and remodel houses as well. I have never found better pricing and the service level is uncomparable. There is no point buying your appliances anywhere else.

Bought all my appliances at Brand Source when I remodeled my kitchen. Finally found a store that had employees that knew what they were talking about. Did what they said they were going to do and when I had a problem with my dishwasher, it got fixed the next day. I would not go anywhere else.
