Actually youre claiming that you ordered 9/2013...the hiho location closed down in 2012 thank you very much. It was ran by jeff ulrich and he does an exceptional job. As for the employees. If your card doesnt go thru and they have tried contacting you and there is no sort of payment established. They will not start making the order thus yes making your pizza old. And belive it or not they onlyhave one driver at night uusually aftet 10pm every night and that one person has to deliver to the whole half of the city. So back off a bit for one. You are not the only customer they attend to. And the drivers live off tips they expect to get tips to pay for the car they are willing using to drive to your house. If no tips then how do they expect to get gas? Speaking of you say you lived 4 blocks away??? Get up and pick it up your self.. it would have taken 20-25 depending on if busy or not. So please think a litttle before throwing accuastions out there.
The manager, Jac (?) is amazing. She pronised my pizza in approximately 45 minutes and I had it under 30 minutes. It was hot and fresh and by far the best pizza I have had in a VERY LONG TIME. Also her customer service was wonderful. She was extremely friendly and answered all my questions. Very patient and helpful. Thanks, Jac (?), I will definitely be returning because of you!!!
Howard's is the best pizza I've ever eaten. We've been stopping when in Great Falls for the past 30 years. My only complaint is that the last 4 times we've eaten at Howard's the waitress has made a mistake and brought us a pizza that was different than what we ordered. A little more attention to detail would be appreciated.
