The Motion Space offers a holistic approach to fitness, pain management, and recuperation. Wendy Masterson, a certified practitioner and educator with 35 years of experience, specializes in working with people of all ages (infant - elder) and all levels of mobility (novice to professional & inactive/active) on their individual needs. She offers a perspective on whole-body connectivity and wellness that arises from embodied somatic practices and facilitates the unique movement patterns of each individual. Clients include professional and amateur athletes; infants and their caregivers; people with shoulder girdle, hip, and knee replacements; people with spinal injuries; and those who wish to increase their strength, flexibility, and balance.
