  I was surprised to read the review of…

  I was surprised to read the review of the person in Shelby, MT as I have had this store do work on two of my cars and have always been satisfied with the work done. I have personally watched as they replaced tires and ensured the lugs were torqued to the manufacture;s specifications. I know how to do this as I am a professional quality engineer, familiar with the use of calibrated tools. I would suspect the review may not have told the truth.

  My best friend went to this location on…

  My best friend went to this location on Friday april 29th 2011. She had 2 new/used tires put on her car. She went home, 110 miles from Great Falls to Shelby MT. She thought she heard a noise and had our male room mate test drive her car. He reported that he also heard a noise and that he would look at it in the am. The next morning when we looked at the car we could see BOTH OF THE TIRES SWAY SIDE TO SIDE AS THEY WERE NOT TIGHTENED ON AT THE FALLS TIRE LOCATION. We called them Monday am. and they claimed it was standard practice to FINGER TIGHTEN ALL LUGS...THE CAR OWNER IS THEN SUPPOSED TO KNOW TO GO TO ANOTHER STORE AND HAVE ALL YOUR LUGS "TORK TESTED". "CAN YOU BELIEVE NOBODY WAS KILLED IN THIS!!!
