Grayslake Italian Ovens Pizzeria

I work close by and my coworkers and I decided to order calzones for our dinner. We brought the food back to our workplace and the calzones were all marked on the box as to what they had as filling. Well they were all mismarked and we all began eating them. After discovering that some of the calzones were incorrect I attempted to phone the establishment. They told me it was not their problem and we should of checked before we began eating them.



Long story short, I arrived at Italian Ovens asking for either replacements or a refund. The oriental owner of this "Italian Oven" told me "no refund" and told me to leave. So I had to phone the Lake County Sheriff to explain what occurred. After some persuading from law enforcement I finally got my refund. All of this when some basic customer service would of sufficed. All I wanted was what we ordered yet that proved to be too much. Steer clear of places that dont value the customer and have such poor service.
