Just to call and get an appointment is a tasks . When you do get through the phone worker acts as if SHE is a DOCTOR . What are you being seen for , well you were here two weeks ago .You'll have to call back at 8 am to get in and be the first to get an EMERGENCY saved appointments. This kind of talk gets you to feeling like you don't want to go there ! The point is HOW ARE THEY ALLOWED TO SPEAK TO ILL PERSONS LIKE THIS. In K.C yes its very RUFF you expect to get that half way caring voice but here in a small town WHY, ! I have seen the same Doctor over 20 yrs and since this new practice has started the phone staff WHO are not trained in any profession tend to give there BAD MOOD off onto a ill or hurting patient . I have had it with all that BS and I have gone to a more professional clinic. I love that clinic wish I could see them every time but I put DOC JONES down as my aftercare physician . I have to say after talking on the phone to one ugly lady I felt better about myself ..gg

Horrible clinic. Never bothered to read ny son's chest xrays, he had to go to ER with 104temp for an entire week, finally ER Dr ordered another set of xrays on our 2nd visit on Friday, he said my son's xray from the clinic 3 days prior showed lung infection. Followed up with Dr.Polmokea today, he man handled and assaulted my 6 year old, tben bullied him when he asked him why he was so rough, and td him he hurt his neck when he shoved hid head down to look in his ear. He kept slapping the top of his head and shoving him. When I said something he belittled my son saying "oh what, is he too delicate". He said my son was fine, then wrote an rx for a prescription anyway, wouldn't answer any questions on why tbey didn't read his xray. He was a jerk, total assanine, pompus, jerk. I felt like filing an assult charge against him. He will NEVER touch another one of my children EVER again.

Shouldn't even give them 1 star. They don't answer their phones, the receptionist and the nurse I talked to on phone are rude and not very helpful. I will not become a patient there at the clinic that is for sure. If you can't get them to answer the phone then why bother? They don't get back with you in 24 hrs either.
