        bad customer service

        i went in they didnt know anything and then they sold me the wrong phone. I returned it right away and they did NOT re activate my old one and they did NOT re set my upgrade date. It was a hassle and time consuming. They need more training! My brother in law went in and said they're always out of phones and too high priced. From now on im going to look around town and do price matching for something better!
