        Overall

        This is the most beautiful senior park in Grass Valley. Management is friendly and helpful. Space rents are reasonable, considering the pool and clubhouse and grassy dog park areas. I've lived in other senior mobile home parks, but this one is just beautiful! I'd recommend this park to anyone.
