10 Minute Oil Change & Car Wash

Totally avoid this place!! We had our 2010 Toyota serviced in May; 2013. Before the oil and filter change, there were no oil spots on the garage floor. Immediately after the service, there were significant oil accumulations on the floor. We took the car to a Toyota dealer and they found and replaced a cracked oil filter cap. After the repair by Toyota, the oil leakage problem was solved. The owner (Tammy) has refused to deal with this problem, giving excuses and delays. Today her mechanic told me she does not want to see me and we can settle this respectfully in court. Thanks a lot, Tammy. I liked these people previously and wanted to see their business do well. The business telephone is disconnected or no longer in service, and they do not accept credit cards, only cash. She is trying to sell her truck due to bills that are over her head. This cost us $469 to repair. I also met a Subaru owner in the shop whose oil drain plug was cross-threaded after a service the previous day. Same thing, it was leak free, they serviced it, and then it dripped and the filler plug threads were damage. The owner told him she couldn't deal with it then, but he could have a tow truck take his car away if he wished. He fears he will have to eat the significant cost of a repair. Avoid this place.
