Service

Our local alpaca association purchases 3 tons of alpaca supplements/treats three or 4 times a year and individual members pick them up at the warehouse at a specific time. Due to a miscommunication between the new volunteer who placed the order and a pet mart staff member, alpaca owners from various locations in Southern Oregon showed up on a Saturday to pick up their portion only to find out that the warehouse is never open on Saturdays. Lucky for us, an employee at the pet mart retail store offered to call the boss who lives nearby and could open up the warehouse. After some initial hesitation on our part, we happily agreed to the offer and the day was saved! The best customer service ever! Thank you again, David and your wonderful staff!
