Summer Place Apartments

Do yourself a favor and pass this place by. We moved here last year and have had nothing but problems. Now that summer is here the central air is crap. We reported it once to them which after WEEKS they sent a technician, he claimed to have resolved the problem. It was blowing cooler air but it also was not as hot outside. Today it was 87 degrees, the air has been running non stop nine hours and it is 76 degrees in here. It has went up in temperature instead of down. The air temperature coming out of the vents is 65 degrees when it should be around 53-55 degrees. So we will report it again and see how long it takes them to do nothing..

It is not good when this place is costing us over 1000.00 a month with conditions like this.

So if you do not mind central air that does not work, crappy matted down carpeting, poor paint jobs, 60.00 extra a month for a garage with no opener then this is the place for you. You can have our place as we are out of here come August and moving to a nice town house with air that works and a garage with opener that is included in the rent and will be paying slightly less than we are here.
