Kim's Nail & Spa

I've gone to Kims Nails for years! My daughters and their wedding parties have had Peds and Nails done and they looked great and they loved them. I've never gone in to see it dirty or unsanitary! I get my nails done every 2/3 weeks and I've always been satisfied whether it's been Kim doing them herself or Ann. I love the remodel the decor and Colors are soothing! The staff always welcomes you and they get you in asap. I always leave as a satisfied customer and would highly recommend Kims Nail's on Wilson ave in GrandvilleLaurie C

Very nice salon, horrible employees. I got a fill and a week later they were all falling off, so I called and asked to have them be fixed. The woman on the phone said I was "hurting her feelings" and continuously yelled into the phone to "go somewhere else" if I was unhappy. It was like speaking with a 2 year old throwing a tantrum. I finally ended the conversation and as I was hitting the end button on my iPhone, I heard an obscene phrase that begins with an F come through the line. Planning on getting in touch with the Better Business Bureau. Definetly take your business elsewhere!

Kim has done my nails even before she opened her own shop. I was very pleased with her work, so when she moved into her new salon, I also moved there as a client. I used to have Kim do my nails, but she is always so busy that I have had several other people do my nails and am equally pleased. Kim is a great manager, as she is always conscious of everyone getting their nails done. She always hires very competent manicurists and keeps close watch over everything going on in her business. She is currently expanding her spa to include even more services which will be great. I wish Kim only the best in her future endeavors, and a business owner and operator, sshe is the best! This is the best place to get your nails done! I wont go anywhere else,on the occasions that I have I deeply regret it! They are moderately priced and spend a lot of time on each nail. They are all very good at their jobs! I have never had a bad experience at Kim's. They are always packed, so I know others think so too!

For someone who hasn't had her nails done too often I still realize what a GREAT place this is as evidenced by the amount of clients I saw when I was there one Saturday. I went there because a friend paid to have my nails done & they took such great care & time on them that when I came back from Florida I went back to have them redone. Not knowing that salt water has an affect on the acrylics the manager (I assume) looked at my nails & gave me a discount to take the old ones of & put new on. They did NOTHING wrong but just wanted me to be happy, I am going back after a week only because the new ones are too long. They look so nice I think I will keep going back as long as I can without weakening my original nails too much. The pedi chairs look awesome too & I may do that soon.
