I love this place. I joined Seung-ni's Body Challenge earlier this year and had tremendous success. Josh and his staff were constantly supporting/encouraging me along my fitness journey. I've made significant changes in my diet habits and exercise mentality just in time to get me through the holidays. I plan to join the program again this January. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and the receptionist is quite nice as well. I recommend Sueng-ni to anyone who is looking for a friendly environment in addition to a great facility to get into serious shape!

On the contrary, this is a fantastic place to learn Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. The instruction is top notch, the professor is helpful and patient with new people, and the higher belts are willing to help. There is a formal agreement, just as there is with any business, but you are allowed to put it on hold without payment or penalty for up to 3 months. The uniform is part of the sport, you are allowed to buy a gi from anywhere you want. I fail to see the issue.
The atmosphere was nice and everyone was helpful at the school. It's a great place to learn of the Chinese culture and their martial arts teaching was professional and compassionate. One of the few Kung Fu schools in West Michigan. Highly recommend it for anyone seeking a traditional martial arts or are looking for general fitness.
