My gel nails looked great but I did not…

My gel nails looked great but I did not know that the tanning bed would turn the yellow; when I went back for me refill she did not fix my French tips. when I questioned her about my yellowed tips she replied, "we'll fix those the next time you come in!" I paid $20 for a refill and you're going to leave my tips discolored?! I went back 3 weeks later and asked them just to remove them, the guy did not soak my nails or anything, he just took a medal tool and preyed them all off...It HURT!!! After about my 3rd time of wincing he finally asked me, "Am I hurting you?" YES!!!!!! He just continued prying them off. I will NEVER go back to them nor would I recommend them to anyone else!
