I took my daughter in there for her 1st mani & pedi yesterday afternoon. The entire staff was very nice we was welcomed in by many of them. My daughter was seated right away. Her twin, and 2 year old baby sister and I waited. They employee's where super nice to my other girls. They painted the baby's nails for her gave them a treat and bottled water. We will definitely return again when my girls want mani & pedi's. It is a little crowded but well worth it.
I used to love this place! But I moved away, and when I returned they had new owners. The decor is nice. But even with an appointment, you still have to wait 30 minutes to get in a chair! The nail tech was yawning and huffing And puffing the entire time. I got cut By the metal spinning tool 3 times!! When I asked to speak with management, i was told they were too busy. I was also denied any polish on my nails because they were too busy! Remind you I had an appointment. Now I am stuck with sore, unpainted nails. Do not go here if you value great customer service. If you dont mind pain and dissatisfaction this is the place for you!
Honest tea huh? Shame on this "honest" you have. We're the same owner! I have been here in my salon almost everyday for the last two years. I did not have any experience of talking to someone, situation like your story at all. This summer we have 11 staffs. And this is pedicure season, you said 30mins on the chair is so exaggerated not logic. Every regular guest can tell your story is a phony. You are clearly one of the dirty competitions. You haven't been in my salon once because I believe we have limited space, our decoration is not as nice as the other around us. We are popular because of our customer services, quality, cleanliness and prices. Thanks for your story that tells us how is my business in the market
From the first day I went here I loved it. Prices are very reasonable, but the service is outstanding! The pedicures and manicures I've received are awesome, everything is clean, the technicians are pleasant and the atmosphere is peaceful and enjoyable. They take very good care of their clients and I am going back from now on.
Alijas, we already talked about this situation on the phone and you decided cowardly stay out of my sight. You have no standing in this case, you already harassed my business once (police report number 8549-12, call them and check it out for yourself). There is still rule and thing that we call it as the law. I have the right to defense our reputation which our team worked hard to earn it. In the next three days if I don't receive your call, then I will proceed all the legal necessary to take you accountable for your action
I came there after going to the bank. The lady that did my nails saw the envelope I pulled money out of. I walked to the front and. Came back to the station. When I went to pull money for the tip the envelope was missing in my purse. They all walked to the front acting as if they didnt know speaking Vietnamese. When I called to talk to a manger I was told manager can not be talked to and hung up on.
LOST THE MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE THEN CAME BACK BLAMED ON US. YOUR SON EVEN CALLED AND THREATED THAT LAW FIRM WILL COME AFTER US AND TRIED TO JAMMED MY BUSINESS PHONE, I HAD TO CALL THE COP TO STOP HIM. I RESPECT FOR ALL THE COMMENTS, BUT TELLING UNTRUE STORY LIKE THIS IS SO DISGUSTING.
I am a regular customer of Pleasant Nails. I cannot say enough good things about this business. They do EXCELLENT work, are friendly, accommodating, and professional. I HIGHLY recommend their pedicures, shellac manicures and brow waxing. I look forward to every visit and I know I am guarenteed a great service!! GO CHECK THEM OUT!
