Ideal Tan & Salon

Terrible prices and terrible service! My color faded after just three weeks and Ardarius would not correct it! He offered washing services instead! After six hours in the salon I left very unhappy! DONT EVER GO HERE!

I've been going to Ideal Image for four years now to tan and get my hair done. The staff is very courteous and professional, and always make me feel welcome. The salon and tanning equipment are always neat and clean, and it has a great atmosphere. My stylist is Darius, and never again would I trust anyone else to do my hair. He is very creative, always does an amazing job, and is always on top of the new and cutting edge trends. I even take my 9 year old daughter to him to get her hair done as well. The best part is all of the prices are extremely reasonable. I will never stop giving them my business! • • •

5 Stars, plus****** I’ve used Ideal Image’s massage therapy treatment many times (with Certified Massage Therapist, Jose.) A welcome relief from constant fibromyalgia pain and stress. Before starting, we discuss my current pain level and pressure points to be aware of. This last visit had a bundle of pleasant surprises! I walked into a spacious new massage room decorated with an inviting Island theme! I was greeted with fresh fruit, chocolates and hot tea! Awesome place! The tanning rooms all have a theme and the beds have very hot lamps. The rooms and beds were very clean and the staff there was very nice and helpful. I don't tan often and they helped me pick out the right lotion and wanted to be sure I tanned the right amount of time without burning. I bought 100 minutes and got a beautiful tan.The prices are great for both the hair salon and tanning. I do tell my friends and refer them. There's also a great refferal program.

This place was horrible! I walked in and the hair salon place looked great so I thought the tanning rooms would be the same. I WAS WRONG. I didn't check out the rooms before I bought my tanning session. I was new to this place and typically places will show you how to use the equipment and where the switches are. The guy at the counter never showed me, just told me the Room # (even though I told him it was my first time there).



It was soo gross and dirty and old and dingy in the room. The walls had rips and dirt on them, the radio was all dirty and old and didn't look like it worked. The tanning machine looked very very old and rotted out from the inside. If the room looks like this, how can the tanning be good? If they don't even take care of the room?



So I went out and wanted my money back. He didn't understand that the room was disgusting and kept asking why I wanted my money back. So I told him. While I told him the reason I was leaving, the girls that worked there in the hair salon were snickering and giggling and looking over.



They were very rude and made comments to me and after I left they made some rude comments. I will never be back there again! And I will tell everyone I know what an unprofessional dirty, gross place that is. You can't hide bad service or bad equipment or dirty rooms. I've heard of places that looked like that, but they were called "crack houses"



They need to tear down that tanning area, buy new equipment and fire the employees and get some professional, nice people in there! It was just disgusting. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there!
