Grand Rapids Taxi

i think this is one of the worst taxi company i have ever called they are rude and nasty im disabled and after the driver drove passed my home he told me to walk up to his car he was not going to back up i called their dispatcher and she was nasty and rude and told me that hes not coming back and to call another cab....so my advice is to do just that dont call them you will be treated like crap and they dont want your business. I would not recommend to them at all
