        Worst experience ever! I simply asked for balayage and received horrible highlights instead. They temporarily dyed my hair to fix it only for the hideous highlights to show after the temporary color washed out. Tried coming back to show that they did not fix the damage done to my hair and still wanted to charge full price. Completely disappointing. Never visiting that salon again. They do not know how to handle customer service properly.
