Lisa was very helpful to me and we broke down with every dress that I tried on what I liked or disliked. I didn't expect to find my dress but my family decided to go look and found a dress they thought I'd like. They didn't have a sample in my size but she brought something similar out for me and I fell right in love with it.

This may come off as fake compared to the previous two, maybe it's just a new year and staff but they were all wonderful to my sister and her bridal party. While we didn't get to pick things off the shelf, we went through books, they got our sizes, and they brought us a ton of dresses to look at. They have payment plans for those in need and the staff was incredible. At one point when my sister got her dress there, they had all the associates mooning over her and helping out. As almost all of us are plus size in the party and with the moms, we had a great experience, no fat shamming, lots of dresses, and lots of kindness. It inspired all the girls, and one of the moms who is getting married to go back for our own Alfred Angelo dresses. (And the prices weren't that bad) Call ahead and get an appointment and everything goes great.

ignored us and rolled her eyes. Also, she left us and told us to look around by ourselves when we definitely needed her help ( there were only certain bridesmaids dresses we were able to pick from).

Horrible experience all around. I was sized at Alfred's and they sized me wrong and the dress can't be altered to fit. I had to get a whole new dress from somewhere else and am stuck with a dress that can't even be worn. I would not recommend them to anyone they were very unorganized and rude. And didnt even get my information right and never fixed it. Horrible experience all around
