They Brake It I Pay For It

I requested A+ to fix broken door latch, sticking window, and control panel which popped out due to a worn out clip. Initially I was told the cost was $87. Later I was told $142 due to some other complication. I picked up the car the next day and after paying mentioned if the window stuck again or if there was any problems could I bring it back. Bonnie Blauwkamp,the owner's wife said yes. The window stuck open for 5 minutes in the pouring rain and window control panel came up. I called A+ and told them about the problem and they said they would take a look at. The mechanic Randy told me I would have to pay to have it fixed. I was upset this is what I asked them to fix in the first place and now Bonnie tells me don't worry you will get a fair price. The only thing that was really fixed was the door latch. I was told the window sticking was a broken piece inside and that was caused by us breaking the door handle and not fixing it right away and that the motor was bad. He stated that GM no longer makes parts for my 2001 Chevy Prism and therefore he had to make a guide in order for the window to go up and down. He just played with the old clip in order to get it back in again claiming there were no parts to fix it. I was never told they didn't replace the clip or that the motor was bad or that there was no parts or that the guide was broken until I brought it in the 2nd time. I picked up the car and noticed that control panel was broken. When I called back Randy admitted he broke it and thought Dewey already explained it. Meaning they called junk yards could not find the part and that basically they were not going to anything further. The next working day I went in to A+ asking what they were doing to do and Dewey yelled "I'm sick of being blamed for everything!' He told me that I have a business to run and that he was not blowing me off. Instead of telling me he would continue to look and give me a call he blew up in my face and was extremely rude. I do not know how you can be in business 34 years treating people like this. His "I have to run a business clearly shows that he looked couldn't find and was done with matter. His employee broke the part,a $300 part, which is available online yet he is going to do nothing. He kept mentioning he did the window guide for free as this should make up for the broken part. A+ was very rude,did not fix or communicate the problem til I brought it back the 2nd time,was going to charge me again for work that should have been done in the first place,and is refusing more or less replacement of the part they broke leaving the customer stuck with the cost. This is the way A+ does their business. Nothing A+ from my experience and I plan to complain on whatever site I can to make this known including the BBB.
