I came across this company on Career Builder. I looked through the website and saw very young people looking to be excited about what they were doing. I always like to do my research on a company before I apply becuase I hate waisting my time. I also noticed it was fairly new so I wanted any dirt I could find! I saw a few negative things but I'm not the one to believe heresay , so i decided to submit a resume. I got a call back within 24 hours, which I absolutely appreciate! I went in and met with a hiring manager for a really brief interview but all of my initial questions were answered. I went in for a second interview and it was a job shadow which I liked. It gave me a chance to see exactly I would be doing and any last questions I had were also answered. I did not get offered the position because I wasn't available for full time employment nor ready for a management position. The individual who wrote the bad report must not have asked the right questions and that is something I would suggest to anyone considering applying to the company. I hope this helps!

Visiting the Eddie Bauer store was pleasant and useful. A friendly greeting with information regarding specials began my visit. More help came as I tried to get the right fit in the slacks that I was looking for. The sales person explained the different names for different body types. She helped me call an order in for some pants that were not an in stock item for the store. After washing a pair of khaki pants and finding the fabric would not iron a crease down one leg, I returned them to the store. Absolutely perfect service is what I found. The sales person went out on the floor and found me two of the size I needed so I could look them over to see if they were perfect to my eyes. Excellent service along with the friendliness to welcome me into the store.
I went thru the interviewing process with Grand Marketing with much excitement about my future with this company. I was slightly skeptical at first with this young company. But after meeting with the manager I quickly found out that their key to success was work ethic and fun. Unfortunately I was not offered the position but after interacting with this company I would recommend applying and good luck!
