This is in response to Brown F who gave a review of my business. 1st item: We only post 200 furniture items on our website at any time even though we have over 2000 items in the store it's done on a rotation basis. 2nd. We usually post over 300 additional items on Craigslist and an Ebay store. 3rd. You sign a contract that states the 60 day terms and that you need to pick your items up within 65 days. We do as a courtesy send a reminder to you in the mail. When we have items that are not picked up they are normally given to a local Veteran's Charity. Diana V. We only do one hold per day. Sometimes we have someone interested in the same item and we take their information and if the 1st person doesn't purchase the item after the one day hold we call the next person. In your case the clerk got busy at the register and did not place a hold tag for you on the item and another clerk sold the piece not knowing it was on hold. I'm sorry you had a bad experience. This is a great store that I have just found. They have used and antique furniture for sale. All of it is quality pieces. They have fantastic sales and a very friendly sales staff. I bought a antique coffee table and they helped load it into my car. They even wrapped it for me so it wouldn't become ruined. I will tell all my friends and family about this awesome store.
