A month ago my drive thru order wasn't right. When I got home, and saw it wasn't right I brought this to the manager that was on duty and she said she would take my name and address and make it right. I never heard from her again and I stopped going there. Once again I went back there and the manager (Lou) who knows me, ask if anything was done about my wrong order a month ago and I said no. Right then he told me to order anything I wanted because he was paying for it. This kind of service will keep me and everyone I know make this our McDonald's. Thanks Lou and you deserve a BIG RAISE. This Mcdonalds is okay with a few exceptions. They get food orders right most generally. What's annoying is the fact that 70 - 80% of their employees can't speak fluent English and they tend to forget the silverware and condiments with their breakfasts. The food is good and usually hot but the service needs some work. It's hard to get good service from people who cannot speak your language. I have no problem with immigrants but they should HAVE to know English to get a job here in the United States.
I placed a large order to feed my staff working on New Years Eve. Unfortunately I realized I had lost the receipt to support my corp credit card statement which can be a big pain. Thought it would be a long shot but but I contacted them via the corporate web page and between them and the folks at the location, they had a receipt copy to me via email by the end of day. Everyone involved handled it like a boss!
