Red River Ranch Apartments

DO NOT RENT HERE! (please read all the way through)



Unprofessional, vindictive, and absolutely disingenuous are words that would describe this business and the Property Manager, Alyssa Palmer. The worst part about it is, the management property (Zavala Properties) that oversees Red River Ranch and her are not reachable by any means of communication.



1. The rugs are NOT replaced upon moving in, and she WILL make you pay for them when you leave. Walk through with your phone on so you can record and document everything you see.



2. Alyssa will throw parties in her showroom apartments. I experienced it first had when her cleaning crew through ice at my door at 2 AM



3. Water damage/leak. The water heater upstairs burst and came through our floor and mold accumulated.



4. Complained as our neighbor's dog was barking through the night for over 3 months. Nothing was done after emails, phone conversations and meetings. Her answer " We can not inform you of how we handle other tenants".
