Nice people fresh food. Polite atmosphere loved the manager she was very caring and catering to our needs we will return

Marketing issues and a rather rude manager. In brief, they do not honor online coupon codes which function and show up as orders. When I went to pick up my orders (this happened on two occasions), they refused to give me my order in full. The first time I tried to explain to the manager that this policy didn't make sense, and that it is not the job of the consumer to make sure the company gets their own policy right, she refused to listen. The second time she hid in the back and sent one of the younger ladies out to pass along her messages. Very strange. I have since filed a complaint with their customer service center, but have not heard a word back, it has now been nine days without a word as to what is going on. The food seems decent, and most of the time the staff is relatively friendly. The manager is inept as far as I can tell, seeing as she won't have a conversation with a customer face to face if she needs to explain something. We've ordered from there quite a bit, but will no longer be doing so. Until customer service becomes a priority (or at least the policies can be explained in a way that makes sense) we'll take our business elsewhere. Word to the wise, they do not like honoring online coupons, they will ask for "proof" that you used the coupon, even if it shows up on the receipt - thus eliminating the WHOLE POINT of the online coupon code.

New location. The delivery went smooth, the driver was polite and the location stays open till 12 on most days.



The pizza itself was not like the usual I get from other pizzahuts. It tasted very dry and bland. So that's why I'm giving it three stars.
