Chicago Title Insurance Company

I was about to buy the house and make a deal with the owner and agree to sell it at the price I m willing to pay for. I send the owner to Chicago title to do the paper work. Find out that the person work there told the seller that they can get more money for the house. The owner call me the same day that they not selling the house and thats was an hour later after the appointment they had with title comp. Short story,as you can see that the title company did a dirty business and not know how much to fix the house and telling the owner they can get more money for the house.
