She's a great person. Super good to talk to. She understand you and unlike other counselors she keeps what you said to herself.

Had a really bad experience with billing, she said she was an in-network provider with my insurance. Come to find out she was not anymore but she said not to worry about it as she would work with my insurance company. I asked several times for a bill or to make a payment but she said let me work things out with the insurance company. Next thing I know I receive a bill for $1800.00. She then wants a payment for at least $500.00 right away. Which I was unable to provide her with. She then sends me to collections. The collection company wants the payment of $1800.00 in full within 30 days or they are filing judgment against me. Very unprofessional, would not recommend, unless you want your bill sent to collections.
