        I was disappointed

        I was very disappointed with Computer Concept. I went to visit Computer Concept store in Grand Island Ne.The store wasn't like their picture on their website. It was dark inside the store. The salesman was very rude and loud when he talk. I was told they were able to hook me up to wireless internet and when I went to visit their store the salesman was unable to help me with any service.I had several question in mind, but for how rude the salesman was I limited to only one question and I left and never going back there again.

        We dropped off our laptop computer for an estimate. They took almost a whole week to find out what was wrong with it and charged us $170!! Without giving us an estimate. It's been 3 months and our computer still isn't working properly. The person at the front counter was pleasant enough, however, we feel we were taking advantage of. I'll say, go to someone who's honest and won't stiff you, and will truly repair your computer.
