Rosebud Restaurant

My family and I decided to have a late lunch at the Rosebud, and were seated in a room with only four other diners. We waited about ten minutes for someone to take our order, and when she did we decided to order our food as well, because we had a feeling we were in for a wait. When she brought back our drinks, none of the waters had ice, which should have been my first clue. We watched an angry couple get up and leave without eating, and watched what we thought was a cook (later found out it was a manager named Melissa) came out and said, "what the F*&$#!!" because she had their food in hand. We waited forty five minutes, and we asked our waitress twice where our food was-I asked her where my side salad was, as I specifically asked if I could have that before my meal, and she LITERALLY said, "oh, I thought they were making it, but I guess they didnt, I am sorry". NO JOKE-and I never got it!! When she brought out our meals, she only brought out three of four-one person at our table had to wait ten minutes after we were served to receive her hamburger, and it did not even have the mushrooms she ordered extra (and they charged her for). I asked for avocado on THE SIDE-so they gave everyone their avocado on the side as well, because she couldn't remember. But the funniest part about that was I still had a huge slab of avocado on my sandwich! We complained, and I received a quick apology and we were sent on our way. NEVER AGAIN
