The veterinarian explained things very thorough and answered all questions. She was very soothing and calming and put me at ease in relation to the care of my cherished pet.

Everyone is very flexible with scheduling and they communicate so well with their customers to make sure their pets are up to date with their immunizations.

Dr. Gigstad is the vet we normally see when we bring in our pets- he's very knowledgeable and they have been taking great care of us and our pets for over 10 years.

Unfortunately, this last week, our family lost a pet. On Wednesday, I had to call the emergency vet and we brought her to the clinic. They told us treatment would be expensive, but we could try to save our new puppy. Dr. Lord happened to be on call and she has been extraordinarily nice every time we've seen her. Our dog ended up staying in the ICU until Saturday. Dr. Lord personally called with updates or just to check in with us and she checked on our dog around the clock (on her own personal time, as she was no longer on call). She even placed the call when our dog had been given every possible treatment but just didn't have the strength to carry on. She held my hand and hugged me as we said goodbye to my sweet baby together. She has to be the most compassionate vet I've ever come across and while I would never wish to go through any thing like this, I am so glad she was our vet. I wouldn't even consider taking my other pets to another clinic. She knew what a hard time I had saying goodbye and actually sent me something letting me know she was thinking of our family and praying for us. She also remembered my dog's middle name, even though I know it wasn't in her chart. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking for a vet for the first time or to switch. Thank you, Dr. Lord, for all you do. You are one special lady and we nutty pet parents who think our fur babies are babies, need you and more people like you.

They always take the time to explain everything during appointments and I know they have my pets best interest in mind.
