SHIRLEY EASTON IS A SLUM LORD IN FLINT.MI AT 639 FREEMAN AVE. SHE RENTS THIS HOUSE AND IT DOESN'T HAVE RUNNING WATER AND THE HOUSE IS CONDEMNED AND THIS IS THE SECOND TIME ITS BEEN CONDEMNED IN 4 YEARS!!! SHIRLEY HOUSE IS LIKE HER BUSINESS!!! FALLING APART AND NEEDS TO HAVE A BULLDOZER PUSH IT DOWN!!!

I have NEVER seen a dirtier, nastier salon. This place looked like I stumbled into a 'garbage sale' and couldn't find my way out. I thought i was going to get my hair done, instead I thought about donating to Goodwill because thats what the place looked like. The owner seriously needs to take Organazation 101.. or be FINED AND MADE TO CLOSE HER DOORS.

I arrived early for my appointment; operator arrived late. It took 3 hours for a pedicure and manicure. Shellac manicure should last 2 weeks but both my thumb nails peeled the next day. The salon is cluttered and dirty.
