Advance Auto Parts

My car had trouble starting, so I thought I would have my battery checked at a advanced Auto Parts. It was really cold, but they gladly did it for me. Unfortunately, my car, pretty much, died at that moment. The staff tried to jump it for me with no success. My husband tried to jump it with no success. It was pretty late, and I had to leave it in their parking lot over night. They assured me that it would be fine, and it was. The next morning my husband called and the manager offered to put a battery in the car and honored a coupon in-store that my husband found online. The manager had my battery fixed in five minutes, and I was good to go. Saves us time and money not having to deal with a tow truck and a mechanic.

Worse place, a worker in there change my battery and didn't tight the caple back to the battery, after couple week I can't even start the engine and when I bring my car back to retight the caple and they check my battery and said I need to recharge it but it been only couple week and its a brand new bettery I brought from them
