Doctors Treatment Center The

I brought my son there with a large gash on his head. I walked in and he was taken right back and attended to immediately by two kind and caring nurses. The staff was concerned, polite, professional and did an excellent job closing the wound. They were polite, courteous and respectful to me while making sure my son was comfortable. they calmed his fears and the doctor was wonderful to both of us. I highly recommend coming here.

I will never EVER return here again. The most rudest unprofessional staff i have ever encountered. The MA who took me in the room was rude and inappropriate and had hickeys all over her neck! Also to top it all off after she took me in the room she closed the door and her and what i found out after was the doctor were talking about me and why i was there in a very rude manner right outside the door. The doctor i saw was awful i cannot even believe he made it through medical school , loud and completely unprofessional. If this is the kind of staff that gets hired here my business does not belong here and the company i work for that sends their employees there will definitely hear about this. People BEWARE of this establishment!!!!

I went to this place for the first time, and never have I felt so alienated. I heard the girls behind the glass wondering why I was 40 mins from home, and that I was probably just there for pain killers. I suffer from degenerative Disc disease, and was right next door doing my 8 hour job as any other good citizen does, and they made me feel like a street crack head begging for drugs, when I had a good reason for being there. never again will I use this company for doctor services, and I suggest no one else does either unless you like being treated like someone your not.

They open at 9am on the weekend. I got there early and they opened doors as they arrived at 8:55 am. As a new patient I filled out paperwork, they made a copy of my license and insurance card and I was brought into a room after 15 minutes and had my vitals checked and asked questions. A few minutes later the doctor came in and asked questions, did a throat culture and had the positive results in 5 minutes. Gave me some throat lozenges and a prescription. Went over directions for prescription and recommendations for next few days and said when I should start feeling better. Offered a note to exempt me from work the following day, but said I should be okay by the evening. I was in my car my 9:45am. Service was quick, efficient and professional.
