After reading the reviews everyone gave I was scared to go inside. But he had what I wanted so I sucked it up and went in. COULD NOT have been TREATED any BETTER. He was as NICE as NICE could be. He answered all my questions and I had several, I am a rookie with guns. If you noticed on the front door there is a sign. Asking not to use cell phone. Well he is hard of hearing so if he is on the phone and someone else is talking I am sure it makes it pretty hard for him to hear. He's old folks, and trying to make a living in a world of corporations and chain stores. He's old school. I recommend his store....just respect the older VETERAN. And P.S. look out for the DOG... do not stick your foot or hand over the walk way to behind the counter. SHE'S the one that WILL GET YOU...LOL

I first went there and subsequently bought my first handgun a couple years ago. The guys there didn't rush me to make a selection or leave, nor were they unfriendly to me. They answered my questions and you could tell they knew the guns they knew, and liked the entire business of gun ownership. Murle went over a few guns I was interested in (while on more of a budget then) and definitely helped me decide upon my first one, which is to this day, my favorite of four handguns I've owned.
Had a great experience with Murle's. Kept me informed on when the gun I wanted was going to be in stock. Couldn't find it anywhere else and the customer service rocked. Would definitely recommend them.
