Ironically the first three bulletin…
Ironically the first three bulletin points of the "Mission Statement" they have hanging on their wall is all about taking care of their customers. Unfortunately, they forgot to finish those bulletin points up with the letters "F.U.". Purchased an used engine from this company last December. Engine failed in September. Spent over 3k in parts and labour. Went to see the general manager Rob. Zero consideration to help me out on a replacement. Tried to sell me another dead horse at a small discount. Will never go back there!

This wrecking yard is super organized and very helpful. If you want they will pull the part or they will give you a list of easy to find locations of where the cars are your looking for. I wanted to say thank you to sales person who did a great job of taking car of me and my car when everyone else said no. thanks again yura for the help finding my engine. They said they would test it and they did !!! it runs great !! thanks again

They know us by name
My girlfriend and I visit this place on a regular basis. They two main guys that work there know us by name and are always helpful. They give us very fair prices and always treat us with respect. We have rebuild 3 cars using these guys and will build many more

Im not sure how they do it, but they do a fantastic job of keepig track of all of that inventory. This place is has an endless amount of car parts because they have 5 other locations, so its my first and last place I call. The pricing is fair, and if something is wrong they quickly take care of it. Freindly staff, good parts, saves me money, A++++

Be very careful with this business

I'm glad the last reviewer had a better experience than I did. As I've now read, the sales staff is very lacking. I came in Friday (7/11/08) and was helped by the only female sales person there. She did a great job, but there were a couple of sales people who were at best very, very unprofessional. The one guy who seems to be getting a lot of notoriety for his lack of professionalism was I guess in his usual form. He was both belligerent and arrogant. I saw him going through people like nothing but numbers, being very rude to those who took more of his time than what he felt they should or ones that balked at his prices, which were often for the little time I was there. Even his coworkers seemed to be annoyed with him. Its not my style to point out the negative in people, but I 'd recommend reading through one of the other reviews and avoiding that sales person. He definitely lives up to his horrible reputation.\r \r I wouldn't say don't shop there, but I would be very careful who you are helped by. It will make a difference in your experience.

I went there around 230 and was helped by one of the delivery drivers. It was apparent they were swamped in front and had many people waiting. She looked to be about to leave, but noticed I had been standing there and asked if i needed help. I was happy she took the time to get my part I was waiting for. Sadly, i did not get her name. If I had, I would thank her today. She provided excellent customer service and shows she is a team player in her job. She is a pretty blonde girl who I shouldve thanked, hopefully she sees this and knows I am grateful for her assistance. Thank you so much!!! (lady with the window!)

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AT A JUNK YARD

Yes, they have a HUGE yard, but the way customers are treated is unbelievable. Don't show up near closing time or you will be berated and insult you to your face! From some of the sales staff to the cashier, they let you know that you need them and they don't need you. If you do have to shop there, call several times for a quote as you will get up to a 50% difference in price between quotes. Also, DO NOT go to one of the sales guys, RAY as he will gouge you for every last cent and then treat you like dirt. NEVER pull any parts without getting a quote as they will charge you insane prices if you do, especially RAY. One last thing, DO NOT bring your children in there. The language and adult topics discussed there are worse than I?ve ever seen at any wrecking yard. They don't care if there are children or women present or not. No topic is off limits for these scumbags!\r \r So, as they say, buyer beware!
