This is a highly sophisticated close quarters combative ART. Designed before MY time and battle tested to BE a true method of self defense for both yourself and your loved ones. Guardian hand Also gives YOU tools to deal with the aspects of life NOT dealing with physical confrontation. For most of US the physical portion of the ART is something YOU MAY USE a small percentage of your life the mental and spiritual ideology is a much bigger percentage of Life's trials and triumphs.
