Medication management including: Injections, teaching, and pre-pouring of prescribed dosages to take according to doctors orders Post-surgical care Ostomy/colostomy care Wound care/dressing changes Complicated teach/training sessions Services associated with end-of-life care Home safety assessments and physical assessments Monitoring and reporting outcomes to the doctor Private Duty Nursing from four hours to 24 hours a day, seven days a week Ventilator-dependent services Care for special needs children Care management and coordination for all your home care needs Infusion (IV) Nursing including: Hydration, Antibiotics, TPN (Total Parenteral Nutrition), Chemotherapy and other specialty medications as well as PICC insertion and maintenance. Pain management and monitoring Supervision and evaluation of all health care providers Hourly care from four hours up to 24 hours seven days a week Help with bathing and dressing Help with hygiene, brushing teeth, combing hair, etc. Assistance with walking and transferring Home safety and supervision Help with daily exercise programs Medication reminders Light housekeeping and laundry Food shopping and errands Meal preparation and dining companionship Mail organization Respite for family and caregivers Trips to the doctor Care for pets and plants Care for clients who are diagnosed with Alzheimers and/or dementia Communication with the family members Ventilator-dependency care Wound care/wound vac Infusion nursing IVIG Chemotherapy Antibiotics Hydration TPN And other specialty therapies Certified Midline and PICC nurses (available to insert in medical facilities) Caring for clients with: Parkinsons Disease and other movement disorders MS (Multiple Sclerosis) and ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis) Lyme disease Cancers Heart disease Diabetes Stroke Chronic lung disease Immunodeficiency diseases And many other chronic or acute illnesses
